Seller

ride.parts, Lermontovova 911/3, 811 05 Bratislava, Slovakia (the "seller"), operating the shop at ride.parts.

Order and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is made when we send the order confirmation by email. Prices include VAT where it applies. Shipping is added at checkout.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods shown there. We ship after payment is received.

Delivery

Delivery times and costs are in the Shipping policy. Risk passes to you when you receive the goods.

Withdrawal and returns

Consumers in the EU may withdraw within 14 days. Details are in the Returns policy.

Warranty

Statutory warranty is 24 months for consumers. Damage caused by crashes, wrong mounting or a wrong fit is not covered.

Fit

Our parts are made for specific models. Each product page lists what the part fits. Check the fit before you order, or ask us.

Disputes

Slovak law applies. Consumers may use alternative dispute resolution through the Slovak Trade Inspection or the EU online dispute resolution platform.
