Questions and answers

Short answers about shipping, returns, the parts themselves and how we check that something fits your bike. If your question is not here, use the contact form.

Shipping

Where do you ship from?

Every parcel leaves our workshop in Bratislava, Slovakia.

Where do you ship to?

Slovakia and every other EU country. Not outside the EU at the moment. The rates are on the shipping page.

What does shipping cost?

Inside Slovakia, 3.99 EUR. Anywhere else in the EU, 7.90 EUR flat. One rate for the whole parcel.

Is there free shipping?

Not at the moment. The rate is per parcel, so a second part in the same order ships for nothing extra.

How long does it take?

Parts that are in stock leave us within 2 to 4 working days. Parts marked as made to order ship within the time shown on that product page. After that, delivery typically takes 1 to 2 working days in Slovakia and Czechia, and 3 to 7 working days in the rest of the EU. Those are the usual carrier times, not a promise.

Do I get a tracking number?

Yes, by email when the parcel leaves us.

Do I pay customs or import VAT?

No. We ship inside the EU only and the price includes VAT.

My parcel arrived damaged. What now?

Send us a photo of the parcel and of the part through the contact form, with your order number. We sort it out from there.

Returns and warranty

Can I send a part back?

If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason. Tell us through the contact form with your order number, then send the part back within 14 days of that notice.

In what condition?

Unused, unmounted and in its original packaging. A part with mounting marks, scratches or glue on it cannot be refunded in full.

When do I get the money back?

Within 14 days of the return reaching us, to the payment method you paid with. We refund the price of the part and the standard shipping cost. The cost of sending it back is yours, unless the part was faulty or not as described.

What if the part is faulty?

A faulty part is replaced or refunded, shipping included. Your statutory rights under Slovak and EU law are not affected by any of this.

I ordered the wrong part for my bike.

The 14 day withdrawal covers that too, as long as you have not mounted it. It is easier to ask first, though. See the fit questions below.

The parts

What are they made of?

The Wall Wheel Clamp has a rigid ASA shell and a soft TPU liner. The other parts are printed and finished by hand in our workshop in Slovakia. If you need the material of one specific part before you order, ask and we will tell you.

Where are they made?

In Slovakia, by us, in small runs. Nothing in the shop is a rebranded import with our name on it. When a run sells out, the next one takes a few weeks.

Can I get a colour that is not listed?

Ask through the contact form. Runs are small, so another colour is sometimes possible. We will tell you before you order whether we can do it.

Is mounting hardware included?

What comes in the box is listed on each product page. Wall fixings for the Wall Wheel Clamp depend on your wall: plasterboard, brick and concrete all need different plugs, so choose the ones made for your wall.

Fit

How do I know a part fits my bike?

Every product page lists what it fits and what it does not. The fit guide puts all of it on one page, with the thing to measure or look at on your own bike.

What do "confirmed", "same geometry" and "not tested" mean?

Confirmed means we have fitted the part to that exact model ourselves. Same geometry means your model has the same interface, the same pin size, the same saddle recess, the same derailleur plate, so the part should fit, but we have not had that bike in front of us. Not tested means we do not know yet, and we would rather see a photo than guess.

How do I ask about fit?

Use the contact form. Give us the model, the year if you know it, and a photo where a photo helps: the bar under the tape, the back of the saddle, the outer face of the derailleur, the linkage arms, the space in front of the bottom bracket. You get a yes, a no, or an honest "we do not know yet".

The part does not fit after all. What then?

Tell us. If it is unmounted, the 14 day withdrawal applies. If our fit note was wrong, the return is on us.
