Shipping from Slovakia to the EU

Everything is made and packed in our workshop in Bratislava, Slovakia, and ships from here. The rates are flat, so you know what the parcel costs before you reach checkout.

One rate covers the whole parcel. Three small parts in one box cost the same to ship as one.

One parcel, one rate

Most of what we make is small and cheap to post, so the rate is per parcel, not per part. If you need two things, order them together: the second part rides in the same box for nothing extra.

Where we ship

Slovakia and every other EU country. We do not ship outside the EU at the moment. If you are outside the EU and want a part, write to us through the contact form and we will see what is possible.

How long it takes

Parts that are in stock leave us within 2 to 4 working days. Parts marked as made to order ship within the time shown on that product page, because the run has to be made first.

Once the parcel is moving, delivery typically takes 1 to 2 working days in Slovakia and Czechia and 3 to 7 working days in the rest of the EU. Those are the times the carriers usually manage. We cannot promise a date, and we would rather say so than invent one.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves us. If the tracking has not moved for several days, write to us and we will chase the carrier.

VAT

The price you see includes VAT. Inside the EU there is nothing extra to pay when the parcel arrives.

If the parcel arrives damaged

Take a photo of the outer box and a photo of the part before you unpack anything further. Send both through the contact form with your order number, on the day it arrives if you can. We replace a damaged part or refund it, shipping included, and we deal with the carrier ourselves.

Returns

You have 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw from the purchase, no reason needed, as long as the part is unused and unmounted. The full terms are in the refund policy.
