14 day right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Write to us through the contact form with your order number, then send the part back within 14 days of your notice.

Condition

The part must be unused, unmounted and in its original packaging. Parts that show mounting marks, scratches or glue cannot be returned in full.

Refund

We refund the price of the part and the standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the return, to the payment method you used. The cost of sending the part back is yours, unless the part was faulty or not as described.

Wrong fit

Not sure the part fits your bike? Write to us with your saddle, bar, helmet or derailleur model before you order and we confirm the fit.

Faulty parts

A faulty part is replaced or refunded, shipping included. Statutory warranty rights under Slovak and EU law are not affected by this policy.
